CANCELLATION POLICY

I completely understand that life happens and plans can change, but I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment, including same-day cancellations, will result in a fee of 50% of your scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be taken care of before booking a future appointment.
